We had a great day at Den Store Innovationsdag. I especially enjoyed Marianne Thellersen, Business Development  Director i Novozymes talk about the way Novozymes organize innovation.

Novozymes have a unique way of finding and organizing the innovative employees within their company. It was very inspiring to hear about the seriousity and effort put into creating an innovative environment and I was really impressed by the commitment by management put into decentralizing innovation.

We had a small exhibition where participants could try Idea Exchange and get an informal talk with us. We were very surprised by the much attention and how many that where interested in practical ways to innovation.
